Jon Krop, J.D.
Mindfulness, Mental and Emotional Well-Being
Jon is the founder of Flourish and an acclaimed expert in mindfulness and well-being. He has taught at Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Fortune 100 companies, public defenders’ offices, and more than 80 law firms.
After graduating from Harvard Law School, Jon clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and worked as a litigator at firms in Los Angeles and New York.
Jon has practiced mindfulness since 2006 and studied with teachers from around the world. In 2014, he completed a seven-month silent meditation retreat. He continues to study under a variety of teachers and spends two months out of the year on silent retreat.

Azeemah Kola, J.D., M.Sc., Ph.D.
Mental and Emotional Well-Being, D.E.I., Substance Use
Azeemah is a licensed clinical psychologist with unique insight into the lawyer's mind: before changing careers, she was a biglaw associate with a J.D. from Yale. She also has degrees from Harvard, Oxford, and the New School. Azeemah’s graduate work included special focuses on substance use and issues of minority identity.

Monica Auslander Moreno, M.S., R.D.N.
Nutrition, Physical Well-Being
Monica is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in dietetics and nutrition. Before opening her own practice, she was the in-house dietitian for the Miami Marlins major-league baseball team, a clinical dietitian at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and an adjunct professor at the University of Miami.

Financial Well-Being
Jessica is an Accredited Financial Counselor and licensed attorney with a degree from Columbia Law School. After practicing for years at an AmLaw 100 firm and at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, she now focuses on demystifying personal finance for legal professionals. Jessica has taught at some of the world’s top law firms.
Joe Ankus, J.D.,
Mental Health First Aid
Joe Ankus, J.D., is a lawyer and certified instructor in Mental Health First Aid. He has taught hundreds of legal professionals on a range of mental health topics and has served on the Florida Bar’s Special Committee for Mental Health & Wellness.
Joe graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Pennsylvania.
